• Models: Purchase of edited images for personal use ($30 per)

• Photographers: Purchase raw images of their sessions (using my equipment- $10)


1. Welcome & Workshop Overview (15 minutes)

• Introductions: Facilitator, models, and photographers

• Workshop Goals: Understanding posing dynamics, enhancing communication, and building portfolios

• Agenda Briefing: Outline of sessions and activities


2. Posing Fundamentals for Models & Photographers (30 minutes)

• Body Language Basics: Understanding posture and its impact on imagery

• Common Poses: Exploration of classic poses and their interpretations

• Micro-Adjustments: Importance of subtle changes in hands, eyes, and angles

• Interactive Demonstration: Live posing examples with real-time feedback


3. Communication & Direction Techniques (20 minutes)

• Effective Communication: Strategies for clear and concise directions

• Building Rapport: Techniques to create a comfortable environment

• Tailoring Poses: Adapting poses to suit different body types and personalities

• Role-Playing Exercises: Practicing direction and feedback scenarios


4. Guided Posing Practice Sessions (60 minutes)

• Structured Rotations:

– Photographers direct models to hone their skills

– Each rotation focuses on different themes: editorial, lifestyle, beauty, etc.

• Real-Time Coaching: Facilitator provides tips and adjustments during sessions


5. Review & Feedback (20 minutes)

• Image Review: Group discussion on selected images from practice sessions

• Constructive Critique: Facilitator and peer feedback on posing and composition

• Q&A Session: Open floor for questions and shared experiences


6. Wrap-Up & Next Steps (15 minutes)

• Summary: Recap of key learnings and takeaways

• Resources: Distribution of posing guides and reference materials

• Networking: Opportunity for participants to connect and collaborate post-workshop

• Feedback Forms: Collection of participant feedback for future improvements
